Kiwi Milkshake & Beautiful Spring Cherry Blossoms


~Ingredients~
Frozen Kiwis 🥝(Peeled and Chopped)/ 1cup
Your fave milk / 2cups
Vanilla extract / A few drops
Honey or Your fave sweetener 3tbsp
(+Collagen Powder)

Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.

Kiwis 🥝 are full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber.

Potato and Canned Tuna Salad with Homegrown Alfalfa Sprouts



Alfalfa is a rich source of important vitamins including Vitamins A, D, E and K as well as the entire family of B vitamins. 

Potatoes are known for the large amounts of vitamin C present in them. 

Eating canned tuna is an easy way to increase the omega-3s. 



Boiled 3 potatoes
1 Canned tuna
Your fave Mayonnaise / 3tbsp
Black sesame oil / 3tsp
A pinch of Pink salt

Mix all ingredients together well.
※Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt.
Scatter over the alfalfa sprouts.

自家栽培のアルファルファを少しのせた
黒胡麻オイル風味のポテトサラダです

茹でたポテト3個
好みのマヨネーズ 大さじ3
マヨネーズ、低脂肪マヨネーズ、大豆マヨネーズ…
ツナ缶1缶
黒胡麻オイル 小さじ3杯
ピンクソルト 少々

全部の材料をよく混ぜ
ピンクソルトはお好みで足したりしながら
味を調整し
アルファルファを散らします



A cold beer goes well with it.



キンキンに冷やしたビールとも合うので
おつまみの一品としても
